  • To ensure the safe transport of the concrete product, we meticulously crate it using 3/4" plywood and 1.5" styrofoam.

  • This packaging is designed to protect the product from any potential damage during transit.

  • The carefully crated product is shipped to the client's location.

  • Upon arrival, we provide comprehensive guidance on installation, either through a detailed set of instructions included with the product or via phone support.

  • Our aim is to make the installation process as smooth as possible, ensuring that the client can enjoy their custom concrete piece in its intended space.

  • The process begins with the client sharing their project details and requirements.

  • Our team creates a detailed rendering of the concrete product to ensure it complements and fits perfectly into the intended space.

  • Collaboration between the client and our design team ensures that the final design aligns with the client's vision.

  • Once the design, size, and color are confirmed, we initiate the ordering process.

  • An invoice is generated detailing the costs, and a 25% deposit is required to secure the order.

  • Clients have the convenience of paying the deposit securely through our website, with options for credit card or electronic transfer.

  • With the deposit confirmed, our skilled craftsmen begin the manufacturing process.

  • We use high-strength GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) to create the product, ensuring durability and a visually appealing finish.

  • The unique properties of GFRC allow us to achieve the appearance of heavyweight while maintaining a relatively lightweight structure.

  • After the concrete piece is poured and cured, we apply a high-grade Omega concrete sealer to enhance its longevity and protect against environmental factors.

  • We provide the client with final photos and videos of the completed product, ensuring satisfaction before proceeding to the next step.

  • At this stage, we collect the remaining 75% of the payment from the client.
